Previewed just last week, Taiwanese retailer INVINCIBLE has linked up with Converse and its First String imprint to craft a special edition of the Johnny take on the classic Jack Purcell. Pairing a jet black upper of hairy suede and premium leather with a stark white rubber sole and matching toecap, the kicks see INVINCIBLE’s logo applied to the foxing while a special animal-printed leather adorns the zippered heel. Finished with metal eyelets, leather laces, and a tonal white toe stripe, the limited edition Jack Purcell Johnny is set to be available exclusively via INVINCIBLE on September 28 and select Converse First String retailers on October 4.
