RZA to Release Project with Yoko Ono

If you recall about three years ago, Yoko Ono had a historical performance alongside RZA in Los Angeles that highlighted the performing duets and playing chess (a RZA past-time favorite). Now the pairing will be teaming up once again, to release a commemorative 10” featuring live recordings of the two songs heard from last year’s performance, “Seed of Joy/Life Is a Struggle” and “Greenfield Morning I Pushed An Empty Baby Carriage All Over The City.” These 10” releases are from an ongoing series of collaborative drops from Yoko Ono. Proceeds from the sales of this particular vinyl and downloads will go directly to the Children’s Literary Society based in Staten Island. The vinyl/download can be purchased here.
