Following in the footsteps of their collaborative Hinoki and Laurel scents comes the latest fragrance from Monocle and COMME des GARCONS: sugi, also known as Japanese cedar. Popular across Japan as an ornamental plant and beloved for its clean and delicate yet energizing scent, sugi serves as the perfect unisex scent for the latest release from the two parties. Melding Mediterranean cypress, pepper, iris, cedar, pine and Haitian vetiver into one sophisticated combo, a 50ml bottle of the French-made Antoine Maisondieu creation is now available for £65 GBP (approximately $105 USD) via Monocle’s online store.
