Linkin Park has long been a collective aficionado of novelty items such as limited edition toys. With the group on the forefront of the figurine and collectible novelty landscape, the group announces the release of the special Linkin Park x Transformers SOUNDWAVE Special Edition Figure. Designed by Linkin Park’s own Joe Hahn, the offering is debuted in the “Generation 1” or the “G1” style of the fan favorite SOUNDWAVE Transformers character. The figure is treated in an orange gold treatment and arrives housed in a special cassette tape-inspired packaging box. The Linkin Park G1 SOUNDWAVE figure is also the first celebrity-designed figure in the brand’s 30-year history. Pre-sales for the figure are now available online here through the SURU online store, while the figure will also be available at the SURU store in Los Angeles beginning on September 19.

We are also giving away one of the Linkin Park x Transformers SOUNDWAVE figures. All you have to do is “Like” this post with the Facebook button below and leave us a comment about the figure in the comment section below. On Monday, September 23, we’ll select the winner and update this feature with the winner’s name.
