Italian outdoor label Dolomite has joined forces with New York’s independent footwear specialists David Z. on its 2013 fall/winter Hawk Pro collection. Employing a century’s worth of expertise in crafting outdoor essentials, the Hawk Pro model highlights several groundbreaking Dolomite technologies, with a distinctive midfoot arch and a sturdy outsole to provide structural support throughout. With the launch quickly approaching, photographer trashhand traveled to Giavera del Montello, the home of Dolomite, to experience firsthand how the company produces its footwear. Whether it was the processes completed by hand or the high-tech machinery that operates side-by-side with the workers, trashhand was there to capture it all, as well as the beautiful surrounding scenery of the area.
