Shot by the great Karl Lagerfeld with the aid of Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci, we get a glimpse of a pregnant Kim flaunting her baby bump in everything from her undergarments to Maison Martin Margiela’s diamond-adorned mask. Other than its title, “Keeping Up,” little details are known on what this issue will entail. CR Fashion Book Issue 3 will hit select newsstands Thursday, September 12.
