Coldplay - Atlas | Video

Since those fateful piano keys in “Clocks” charmed audiences way back in the yesteryear of 2002, Coldplay has perhaps the longest running streak of universally loved, tear-inducing ballads. Adding to this extraordinary canon comes “Atlas,” the latest tune from the English rock group. “Atlas,” which is set to be featured on the original soundtrack for The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, is the first peep we’ve heard from the band since Mylo Xyloto in 2011, not to mention the first track Coldplay has ever featured on an original soundtrack. A visual accompaniment to the song has been released – a playful, animated video which pairs well with the atmospheric tones of the song.
