Earlier, we showed a teaser to one of the models that would be available as part of the XLARGEx Converse Japan capsule collection. Now, less than a day later, the Japanese streetwear label and iconic footwear brand release the full range of silhouettes, this time with the help of some female models. Shown in order is the XL CX-250 SU OX, XL PRO-LEATHER SUEDE ML HI, XL CHEVRONSTAR NUBUCK HI, XL PRO-LEATHER SUEDE DB OX and XL CHEVRONSTAR CK MID. Shot in front of a retro-esque, blue tiled wall, each pair is coupled with complimenting outfits with the footwear on full display. The collection sees minimal co-branding and keeps Converse’s traditional aesthetic, with the XL CHEVRONSTAR NUBUCK HI being the only exception — seen in the ‘XLC’ branding across the outsole. Ranging from ¥5,900-110,000 JPY (approximately $60-112 USD) the collection is available now through Converse Japan’s online store.
