Fresh off the decks at Chicago’s Lollapalooza festival, Diplo, Jillionaire and Walshy Fire sat down for an interview with iHeartRadio, only to be met with the most awkward interview ever. Clocking in at just under seven minutes, the trio sat down with Lisa Kennedy, and the product is jam packed with irregularities, flopped jokes and jabs at – what Kennedy calls – the “EMD” industry. With her introduction of the Major Lazer trio as Diplo “and the other two people,” the interview is set for disaster right from the get-go, and things are only made worst when she proceeds to call them “mother truckers” before poking fun at their success.
