The beautiful city of Gold Coast, Australia can claim another attraction as the QT Hotel Gold Coast opens up on its shores. The project was led by Sydney-based Nic Graham and Associates (also known as g+a), who applied their specialization of hospitality and high-end residential design to create an inviting, colorful and ultimately suave environment. The interior takes cues from sunny getaways, referencing beachside bars and huts for reception desks and using large glass windows to allow sun to soak the space. Using white as the base of the color palette, pinks, greens, and yellows are used to garnish the interior with a festive feel through lamps and pillows, while elsewhere natural wood on the floors and walls add a cozy touch.
