As a part of its 30th anniversary celebration, here we find G-Shock teaming up with one of the biggest heavyweights in rap: Eminem. The two entities collaborated to outfit G-Shock’s iconic GDX9600 in dark tones for a particularly shady piece. Within the predominantly black watch body, the face is decorated with silver plating, with Eminem’s signature logo embossed in red at the top. Paying homage to the rapper’s hometown, the wrist strap is adorned with a red outline of the Detroit skyline, while the caseback features an engraving of Eminem’s signature. In all an essential piece for fans of the rapper, the Eminem x G-Shock 30th anniversary GDX6900 will be available in December for $180 USD at select retailers, as well as at G-Shock’s NYC store in SoHo.
