Melophobia is defined as the fear of music, but it also serves as the title for Cage the Elephant‘s third studio album. The five-piece band returned today with their first single for the project called “Come A Little Closer.” Showcasing their progression as artists, the single delves into a new sound for the group. Melophobia is tentatively scheduled for an October 8 release date. “Come A Little Closer” will be available on iTunes August 13.
