Even though the visuals for “The Proclamation” have been delayed, The Underachievers have taken the liberty of releasing the audio for it. The song features a sample of The Rolling Stones‘ “Gimme Shelter,” which probably sounds familiar because of its use in the trailers for the movie Flight.
