Over the past several months, KYLE has quickly built up steam through the release of successful videos for his DJ Carnage-produced songs “Keep It Real” and “Silver Platter,” as well as the ode to his favorite drink in “Fruit Snacks.” Being featured on Yuna‘s “Let Love Come Through” and Martin Solveig‘s new hit, “Hey Now,” hasn’t hurt either. Now, the Ventura, California native who just turned 20 years old is back with the video for his new single, “BANG.” In it, he and longtime friend and collaborator, Mr. Man, rap over a bass-heavy beat from Danish producer Tomas Barfod. The video pays homage to the ’90s cult classic film, Friday, in a grandiose way. After KYLE gives into peer pressure to smoke weed, guns are toted, a neighborhood becomes a playground, a home is broken into, and a baby is even stolen. Watch it up top, purchase the single on iTunes, and be on the lookout for KYLE’s upcoming project, Beautiful Loser, to hit the ‘net in the near future.
