Summer Is Serious with Nike Basketball

Nike Basketball delivers the Summer Is Serious campaign starting with Oklahoma City heavyweight Kevin Durant. Each day starting from July 9, Nike Basketball will unveil a series of short clips exhibiting the many personalities you often find on court: the “Big Dog,” “Spark Plug” and “Over-Dribbler.” The campaign aims to call out basketball enthusiasts to participate in the summer’s ultimate pick-up game at Tournament of Champions in New York. Those looking to be involved will have to tweet @nikebasketball with #SUMMERISSERIOUSE for a chance to be drafted by Kevin Durant or James Harden. The tournament kicks off August 16, in the meantime check out the list of on-court characters below shot at the Seat Pleasant Activity Center — the Maryland facility where Durant spent his childhood years training.
