After hearing the news and several unofficial photos being leaked, it appears fans can now get a first official look at André 3000 as Jimi Hendrix in an upcoming biopic. The Outkast legend will be playing the role of another legend, Jimi Hendrix in a biopic titled “All Is By My Side” which will be premiered at this year’s Toronto International Film Festival in September. The movie is said to focus on the younger years of Hendrix before his international acclaim, however won’t feature any Hendrix music originals due to clearance issues with his estate.
