After leaking their own album and a private letter from their label, Epic Records dropped Death Grips. The group explained their protest in this interview. Now that they’ve destroyed, it’s time for them to rebuild. Death Grips are launching their own label called Thirdworlds, which is referred to by their press release as “the band’s own label imprint created via a very unique relationship with Harvest /Capitol, to be distributed by Caroline.” Their first release through the label will be an LP due out some time in 2014.
