Asher Roth - Game On!

Before “I Love College” thrust him into the mainstream spotlight, Asher Roth dropped the 2008 DJ Drama and Don Cannon-hosted mixtape, The Greenhouse Effect. Showcasing the Pennsylvania rapper’s lyrical skill, both contextually and with wordplay, the mixtape was critically-lauded and contained fan favorites “Roth Boys,” “The Lounge” and “Stop Waiting For The World to Change.” And now, five years later, he’s prepping for the release of Greenhouse Effect Vol. 2. We get our first preview of the record through a quick video clip of the song called “Game On!,” which places Roth as goalie in a street hockey game as he performs the snippet.
