It’s been almost five years since Asher Roth made his introduction to the music world with his mixtape The GreenHouse Effect. Rumors of a sequel to the pivotal mixtape have been speculated about for sometime. Those claims weren’t unfounded. He did mention the tape in his “Death of Autotune (DOA) (Remix)” from 2010, and now seemingly out of the blue, Asher announces the sequel to the mixtape with the tweet below and by redecorating his official website. The five-year anniversary for Roth’s Don Cannon and DJ Drama-hosted mixtape The Greenhouse Effect will take place on June 15. Could the second installment be nearing faster than we think?
