LES (ART)ISTS 2013 T-Shirt Collection

Part high-fashion parody, part homage to one’s favorite designers, LES (ART)ISTS‘ tees are made in France but inspired by American football jerseys. It’s an assembly of some of the most famous names in fashion — Martin Margiela, Raf Simons and Hedi Slimane, to name a few — with each T-shirt featuring the designer’s name and year of birth screenprinted on the back of each garment. Taking things a step further, a handful of visual artists and musicians — Andy Warhol, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Yeezy and Jay-Z — are also included in the mix, providing playful tributes to some of the creative industry’s best and brightest.
