Commune de Paris x Waiting for the Sun Sunglass Collection

Two French tastemakers come together as fashion label Commune de Paris and eyewear makers Waiting for the Sun come together for a special collection. A unique, lightweight wooden frame was adorned with several bright lacquer finishes – bold red, a pale blue, and rich yellow – each appropriately summertime colors in their own right. The sunglasses are also detailed with tinted lenses, each touched with the respective color of the frame. These pieces are to be presented alongside Commune de Paris’ Spring/Summer 2013 collection and are available on the brand’s web shop, as well as at select opticians.
