Bucharest-based illustrator Ghica Popa presents his Space Sneaker Project, interpreting a few pairs of his favorite kicks through the lens of his signature surreal art style. We can see that Ghica Popa is a huge fan of Nikes, as he playfully re-imagines various models as spaceships piloted by cubic robots. Look beyond the added thrusters, wings and laser cannons, and see if you can point out the models he used.
