Joe Banfi - Family (Foreign Fields Remix)

Last month, emerging British talent Joe Banfi delivered a visually stunning and intriguing music video for his single, “Nomads,” off of his brand new EP by the same name. The four-track project features all-new, original cuts, one of which is “Family” – a slow-burning song that shows more of the singer-songwriter’s folky side than grungy. Speaking of that track, we’re pleased to premiere an exclusive remix of it to you. When you bring together artists whose music is rooted in the same genre, but put their own unique spins on it, you know something magical is bound to happen. That’s exactly what occurred when Wisconsin natives Foreign Fields put their electronic folk touch on “Family.” This is one of those remixes that sounds notably different from the original, but could easily pass as the official version for those who aren’t familiar with it.
