HAVEN Sits Down with Shinsuke Takizawa of NEIGHBORHOOD

Canadian fashion retailer HAVEN recently sat down with NEIGHBORHOOD designer and founder Shinsuke Takizawa. In addition to speaking on how he got started, a soft-spoken and honest Takizawa provides insight into the inspiration, particularly from London, that spawned one of the most popular independent urban fashion brands to emerge from Japan. In addition to shots of the brand’s two Tokyo-based outlets as well as its headquarters in Shibuya, the short also gives us a look at Takizawa’s hobbies that are instrumental to his work including playing in a band and customizing cars and motorcycles.
