A Vacation from Your Mind: Altamont Spring ’13 Lookbook

Since 2006 Altamont has embodied Southern California’s rebellious tradition in casual youth clothing, especially for the region’s founding skater community. Through ‘straight-shooter’ branding and a facetious approach to design, the brand aims to inspire its youthful following to comfortably display their true intrinsic self through the wonderful art of fashion. Advancing into the Spring 2013 season, Altamont presents its forthcoming collection through a lookbook with the title, “A Vacation from Your Mind.” Influenced by the complicated workings of the brain and its ability to insensibly dream, Altamont curates a selection of garbs that look to encourage individuals to explore uncharted environments with their minds, and “with colors, prints and patterns inspired by nature and exploring the inner spaces of the mind, there’s no need to pack.” Look for the spring collection through the brand’s webshop.
