While we know that no charges will be pressed, TMZ has gotten their hands on the police report of the parking-spot scuffle between Chris Brown and Frank Ocean outside of an LA studio last week. According to the report, Ocean told the police that Chris Brown had punched him in the face after Ocean refused to shake hands with him and told Brown he had taken Ocean’s parking space at the recording studio. Then, two of Brown’s associates jumped in and pushed Ocean into a corner and attempted to kick him. And it gets worse: at some point, Brown even threatened to shoot him by saying, “We can bust you too!” and one member of Brown’s crew used the term “faggot” although Ocean is unsure who made the statement. Ocean sustained a cut on his finger and another near his left temple. Meanwhile, the LA district attorney believes that Chris Brown might have violated his Rihanna probation by faking his community service. We’ll keep you updated as more information becomes available.
