New York-based Rochambeau has released its Fall/Winter 2013 collection, infusing street elements with utilitarian, workman aesthetics. As expected, the brand remains faithful to its signature dark color palette, applying black, dark brown, sunburnt orange and grey liberally throughout the range. Special attention here is paid to the silhouette, with jackets, shirts, scarves, and pants coming together to create unique layered and draping looks. As such, while the line could be interpreted to draw influence from military and Gothic stylings, the collection retains a special originality.
