Joey Bada$$ In the Studio with Pete Rock

Having already connected with DJ Premier on their collaborative track “Unorthodox,” Joey Bada$$ now finds himself selecting beats courtesy of add another legendary New York producer in Pete Rock. Creative Control/Cinematic TV were also inside the studio session and have shared some behind the scenes footage of what took place. While we’ll have to wait and see what comes of this new collaboration, you can already chalk it up as another win for the Pro Era general, who also just dropped his brand new music video for “Underground Airplay,” which features Big K.R.I.T. and Smoke DZA. Fans can expect to hear the full single featured on Joey’s upcoming Ecko Unlimited Underground Airplay mixtape, set to release soon.
