CHVRCHES - Recover

Scottish band CHVRCHES have only released three songs to date, but that hasn’t stopped crowds from packing in to see them over the past several months and from critics lauding them—amongst the praise is a No. 5 spot on BBC’s prestigious ‘Sound of 2013’ poll. Yesterday, it was revealed that CHVRCHES is a part of the stellar lineup for this May’s Sasquatch festival in Washington state, which also includes The xx, Grimes, Mumford & Sons, Alt-J, Vampire Weekend, Azealia Banks, Toro Y Moi and many more. But that isn’t the only big piece of news from the electro synthpop trio this week. Today, we received CHVRCHES’ brand new single, which serves as the title track to their debut EP, Recover. In addition to this one, the five-song set will also include two remixes of “Recover” and two brand new tracks. Until that hits next month, stream the new offering below.
