Brixton releases their 2013 spring/summer print lookbook to follow up on an unabashedly hip video offering. As with the video, the print edition humors skateboarding, surfing, motorcycle and general beach cultures throughout. Here, the viewer receives a more in-depth look at the brand’s offerings from the new season. The collection uses bright, washed out colors, baseball-inspired silhouettes and utility aesthetics to summarize its decidedly relaxed demeanor. Short-sleeved plaids, contrasting body sleeves combinations and tapered pant legs seem to be Brixton’s preference here. A certain importance on leisure has been placed on Brixton’s latest collection, whose aesthetics have definitely refined themselves over the past few seasons.
