Daft Punk featuring Julian Casablancas “Instant Crush” Music Video

Previewed initially on French television earlier this week, Daft Punk has quickly followed up to deliver the full music video for “Instant Crush.” As hinted in the short clip, the video creates a love story between two wax figures in a history museum – one in the striking likeness of singer Julian Casablancas himself. Director Warren Fu does well to create tension between the figures, holding a sense of unrequited affection until the solemn, yet ultimately fitting ending.
