WHIZ LIMITED x mita sneakers x New Balance MRT580 Video

After getting a closer look at the collaboration, New Balance presents us with an inside look at this season’s collaborative edition of the MRT580 in conjunction with Japanese sneaker hotspot mita sneakers and Tokyo-based fashion label, WHIZ LIMITED. Here, WHIZ founder Hiroaki Shitano showcases some of the production work to mita’s creative director, Shigeyuki Kunii. The resulting sneaker, taking cues from WHIZ LIMITED’s Fall/Winter 2013 collection, sees the Revlite-infused MT580 with a laser-cut black leather upper, contrasting white accents and a reflective 3M underlay.
