Fresh of the release of the highly anticipated Matangi, M.I.A. presents the official visuals for the anti-YOLO cut “Y.A.L.A.” Self-described as a “rainbow rave explosion with glow-in-the-dark Matangi goddess Maya,” the piece sees director Daniel Sannwald teaming up with KENZO and i-D Magazine to create a video a color, rapidly pulsating imagery for an aesthetic reminiscent of the album’s artwork.
