Art purveyor OHWOW has announced the first chapter to Daniel Arsham‘s Future Relic project with its first offering, ”Future Relic 01.” “Future Relic 01” is a short film based on the story of a mobile phone — a vintage cubic piece crafted from a blend of plaster and broken glass. The theoretical film features music by Swizz Beatz and costumes designed by Richard Chai. Coinciding with the release of the film is the release of a limited edition mobile phone toy, set to drop via selected retailers like colette and The Webster from December 6. Future Relic made its debut in Miami’s Art Basel, with dates set for Maison Martin Margiela in New York and OHWOW in Los Angeles.
