Today, an unidentified Apple source revealed that it is currently testing new curved displays and enhanced pressure-sensitive technologies for its mainstay iPhone product line. Following in the footsteps of LG and Samsung, the Cupertino tech giant is developing two new models that will feature larger curved screens that bend downwards at its edges, and measure 4.7 and 5.5 inches. The anonymous source also divulged that the larger screens will eventually incorporate new enhanced sensors that are capable of distinguishing different levels of pressure. Though this information is not official as of yet, the rumor states that Apple will release its larger curved screens during the second half of 2014. The new pressure-sensitive technology however, may not be available that soon. Stay tuned as details surface throughout the coming months.
