Y's by Yohji Yamamoto x New Era 2013 Fall/Winter Collection
A month after unveiling their collaborative 59FIFTY cap that featured the designer’s autograph

A month after unveiling their collaborative 59FIFTY cap that featured the designer’s autograph across its front two panels, Yohji Yamamoto and New Era Caps continue their unlikely pairing with two new pieces of headwear for the current fall/winter season. With both caps being constructed from the tough gabardine material in all black, we first get a look at a newly designed EK Original cap. A nod to New Era’s founder Ehrhardt Koch and retro headwear, this newsboy-styled cap features eight panels and a metal flag logo badge on the wearer’s left side. The second drop makes use of the Buffalo-based brand’s 19TWENTY silhouette. Included in the original on-field Diamond Collection, this vintage fitted cap is unstructured with a flat visor, six panels and eyelets. Part two of the Y’s by Yohji Yamamoto x New Era collection will release at select stockists on October 18.
