KangaROOS‘ Coil R1 silhouette continues its revival this year, this time being considered by a pair of Dutch identities. Sneaker shop Royal and rapper Fresku have aligned their visions to create a fresh rendition of the Coil R1, executing the sneaker with a predominantly black upper and light blue accents. The shoe features premium suede panels at the sides of the toe box, heel counter and lace area, which is balanced by breathable mesh at key areas around the foot. Custom animations on the insole and brand hits at the tongue and heel give the sneaker a unique edge. The white Dynacoil® midsole originally draws from running styles, yet supports feet comfortably no matter the circumstances. Releasing on November 1, look for the Royal x Fresku x KangaROOS Coil R1 to be available for purchase at Overkill.
