The renowned music mogul has just reached an agreement with Google Inc. and several investors to fund a new music-based entertainment company that will bring forth innovative artist development and a new business structure fit for the 21st century. The business model itself will flow marketing and distribution like a major, but utilize a cost structure similar to an indie where it’s more simplified and flexible.
