English footwear brand Pointer came up with a rather novel advertising campaign for their Spring/Summer 2013 offerings. Using ‘reflection’ as the running theme, the photographers first captured the models in poses that express movement, then printed the photos out. While most people would stop there, the creative department took image play a step further. By re-photographing the printed images and playing with colored perspex glass, the photographers then went on to capture filtered reflections of the models’ forms. The idea was to add a peripheral dimension to the photographs, which is admittedly well executed here.
