Raf Simons and adidas Footwear Collaboration

Making its debut today at Paris Fashion Week, the anticipated Raf Simons and adidas footwear collaboration was showcased amid a well-received Raf Simons 2013 fall/winter men’s collection. The limited edition sneaker range presents five models in three colorways, each “designed based on adidas’s signature high-end performance outdoor and running silhouettes. The all-black models use multicolored silicone bubbles in rose, green, blue or burgundy accentuating the shape of the shoe by creating visual depth.” The edgy models retain Simons’ signature streamlined aesthetics while packing the technical capability of adidas runners for a chic street appeal that translates into reliable functionality.
