MIHARAYASUHIRO‘s new Linen Knit Double Rider’s Jacket is a beautiful interpretation of a vintage motorcycle staple. Despite its thinner appearance, the jacket is actually composed of 100% leather and hemp fabric, adding some weight to the piece. Key features here include a double-breasted chest, a waist tie, and a full slanted zipper. The jacket is in following with Mihara Yasuhiro’s tendency toward rockabilly and psychedelic influences, yet is innately wearable and seems perfectly suited for nights on the town. While obviously taking cues from motorbike culture, the new Linen Knit Double Rider’s Jacket is probably more suited to mopeds and speed walking than say, the Route 66 at 100+ mph. The piece can be picked up now online.
