Marc Jacobs‘ Fall/Winter 2013 footwear collection is composed of several slick shoes, and from dark hi-top boots to all-leather white sneakers, all of the bases are covered. The texture is a key factor here, with the designer preferring a sleek, smooth and defined silhouette across the board. An interesting pattern in the collection is the embossed paisley, offered in three colors, which is also seen in the accessories collection. Similarly interesting is the reappropriation of Dutch wooden soles to various silhouettes.
