Across the board, a running theme in hip-hop music is money. Whether it’s laughably excessive funds or a lack thereof, popular rap artists have the tendency to celebrate money in an overt way. In the case that some were unaware, Lil Wayne is a relatively young person with a relatively great sum of money. The New Orleans rapper teamed up with the reigning hook-specialist, 2 Chainz, to release “Rich as F*ck” – a new track presumed to belong on Weezy’s upcoming I Am Not A Human Being II album. This song is only the latest in a string of releases by the Trukfit founder, who has been sitting quietly after 2011’s Tha Carter IV.
