Thomas Campbell – Slide Your Brains Out Book

Southern California artist and filmmaker Thomas Campbell has spent innumerable hours at the beach as both a surfer, and also as a historian of sorts, photographing and documenting the sport and the water that he so dearly loves. The self-taught photographer is now releasing a new book titled Slide Your Brains Out: Surfing in General 1997-2012 that collects 15 years of gritty and lush, yet lo-fi photography that captures the essence of the best surfers in the world doing what they do best.
