In an attempt to keep up in the competitive world of tablet technology, Barnes & Noble presents two new Nook Tablets. The book retail giant has announced a new 7-inch tablet, the Nook HD, which features 1440 x 900 resolution at 243 pixels per inch and 1.3GHz Texas Instruments processor. In addition, they’ve cooked up the HD+ – with a 1920 x 1280 display and dual-core 1.5GHz Texas Instruments CPU. Both devices boast high-end specs and price points consumers are sure to appreciate: the 7-incher starts at $200 USD and the 9-incher starts at $270 USD.
