Season after season, Adrien Sauvage — the English creative polymath and former professional basketball player — turns out collections of sophisticated yet inherently wearable tailoring. Ignoring the conventional dictums of fashion schedules, the stylist-turned-designer adds pieces to his A. Sauvage “Dress Easy” collection as needs demand, preferring instead to meet the demands of the customer. His offerings for Fall 2012 adhere to the same principles of no-frills dressing and signature “this is not a suit” ethos of previous collections, containing an assortment of military-inspired, tailored basics — turtlenecks, classic T-shirts, and a selection of olive and navy denim jackets exclusive to HYPEBEAST.
