Since 2005, Parisian retailer French Trotters has been specializing in the kind of timeless, unfussy wares curated from years traveling abroad in cities like London, Tokyo and New York. By 2010 the globetrotting owners had opened a trio of stores as well as an in-house collection of chic, high-quality garments. For the upcoming Fall/Winter 2012 season, French Trotters will be replacing their men’s store in Le Marais with a flagship location stocking their multi-label collection for both men and women — Engineered Garments, A.P.C. and Oliver Spencer among them — along with homewares and their own in-house label offerings. The 200-square-meter space, located on 128, rue Vieille du Temple, will open on August 22.
