Less than 24 hours after the announcement that Frank Ocean will perform at the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards, comedy sketch show Saturday Night Live is set to be another port of call for the R&B singer. SNL’s season curtain raiser will be hosted by Seth MacFarlane and will air September 15. The double high-profile appearances could go some way to making up for the string of cancelled shows in Europe and an August 1 show in Detroit due to illness.
