Following both an inventive campaign and lookbook, UNDERCOVER for Uniqlo presents their “UU” collection in its entirety. Employing a muted color palette which enjoys a slim-cut execution, standout pieces include various interpretations of staple jackets as well as sweaters, tees and sweatshirts. From the apparel offerings it’s clear that Jun Takahashi has remained grounded in his design principles while still utilizing modern fabrics which include Heat Tech and Ultra Light Down technological advances. The new season is scheduled for an August 17 release at Uniqlo flagships across Japan with an international release to follow soon after.
