Olympic Team Netherlands x ASICS GT-II

Following two successful international collaborations with sneaker stores 24 Kilates (Barcelona) and Woei (Rotterdam), footwear purveyor ASICS launches a GT-II specially designed for the Dutch Olympic team. A line that has turned into its most popular over the past few years, this Gel family release will be the official shoe of the Dutch athletes during the 2012 Olympics in London, and will be worn during the opening medal ceremony. The Olympic sneaker will be available at various sneaker and fashion boutiques throughout Europe, with an exclusive in-store release at SEVENTYFIVE in Amsterdam on July 21. This is the only store in Europe where each pair will be sold together with the Dutch Olympic sports bag. The official European release will be on July 28, coinciding with the first day of competition for the 2012 Olympics.
